Steps to complete BEFORE submitting the Sonography program application:

Current ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students enrolled in Pre-Sonography major
  1. Apply to the Sonography program during open application period when you have met the prerequisite requirements.
  2. Submit additional documentation listed on the Sonography program application.
  3. It is the student’s responsibility to inform ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ of mailing address, telephone number, or e-mail address changes.
New or Non-Active Students

  1. Apply to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ as AS/Pre-Sonography major. If you are new to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ you must submit a college application, application fee, high school and college transcripts. If you are a former ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ student you must contact Admissions to reactivate your application (320-308-5089). Applicants will be accepted to the college first, not to the Sonography program.   2. Once accepted to the college or once you have reactivated your status, request an evaluation of your transcripts be completed. Complete the following steps:

    • Go to theÌý

    • Read the information provided

    • Enter the required information

    • Select ALL of the Minnesota State institutions you previously attended

    • In the NOTES/COMMENTS type “Sonography Application, application closes Jan 15.

    • °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýSubmit

    • Official Transcripts from Non-Minnesota State colleges and universities must be received well before the application period deadline and should be mailed to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Records and Registration Office – 1540 Northway Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303

  3. It is the student’s responsibility to inform ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ of mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address changes.

The Sonography program open application period is December 1st through January 15th the following year or later if the program is not filled.
