One of ten Town Halls across the state, the event at 黑料不打烊 was attended by state leadership, clean water advocates, local farmers, business owners and the general public.听
Interim President Lori Kloos kicked off discussions on water quality by highlighting the importance of 黑料不打烊鈥檚听听program. The event鈥檚 large turnout was a testament to the significant need for professionals entering the field of water treatment, as well as the importance of 黑料不打烊鈥檚 role in offering the state鈥檚 only AAS degree program in water treatment.

Following short talks by Governor Dayton, Minnesota鈥檚 Health Commissioner and owners of a local family farm, attendees began group brainstorming sessions focused on how to reach the Governor鈥檚 ambitious water quality goal. Each group then shared their top ideas and suggestions with the larger group.
Hearing from both the public and private sectors throughout the event made it clear there are no simple answers to the issue of improving water quality in Minnesota. The Town Hall discussions also highlighted the fact that Minnesotans will need to continue working together to accomplish the goal.
