How it Works
- Students entering 7th -Ìý9th grade in fallÌý
- The camp is led by college instructors.
- Campers will be introduced to common kitchen tools, learn the craft of learn soup-making basics and make pasta and sauces from scratch.
- Campers will also take a field trip to the Gorecki Center at the College of Saint Benedict.
